EGGS ARE GOOD FOR US AND CONTAIN VITAL NUTRIENTS

Here we go again. After years of telling us that EGGS are bad for us and are laden with Salmonella, someone has now decided to tell us the truth.

We have known for years that eggs are a wonderful food source for humans. As this article will reveal, the humble egg is loaded with vital vitamins and is NOT a cause of bad cholesterol.

Eggs are packed with nutrients and are relatively low in calories and easy to obtain, here are some reasons why eggs should be part of a balanced, healthy diet.

Protein

Eggs are a rich source of high quality protein. A medium sized egg has more than 6g of protein, and contains all eight of the essential amino acids which can only be obtained from your diet.

They are also virtually free of carbohydrates. The high protein content of eggs may also help with that hungry feeling people get very often after eating hollow carbs Eggs help you feel full for longer than other foods and are low in calories; around just 80 calories per medium sized egg.

Fats

Eggs are thought to be very high in fat. But a medium sized egg contains around 6g of fat, and only 1.7g of this is saturated fat, the type associated with high cholesterol levels, heart disease and stroke. Most of the fats in eggs are the healthier monosaturated or polysaturated kinds.

Cholesterol

When it comes to cholesterol, eggs have had a very bad press over the years. High blood cholesterol levels are a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke, and egg yolks are rich in cholesterol. However, it's now known that saturated fats play a major role, whereas cholesterol-containing foods such as eggs and prawns have little effect on blood cholesterol levels.

If you want to lower your cholesterol levels, especially bad LDL-cholesterol, cut back on foods containing saturated fats such as fatty meats, sausages, pastries, cakes, and refined cereals and other processed foods. Butter is actually better for us than processed margarine according to many health experts.

Vitamin D

Many of us are deficient in this vital vitamin. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium, important for healthy bones and teeth. It is also vital for blood pressure.

Our bodies produce vitamin when exposed to sunlight, but egg yolks, along with oily fish are also rich in vitamin D.

Adults deficient in vitamin D are at a greater risk of osteoporosis and heart disease. Other studies have linked vitamin D deficiency to serious health problems including cancer and multiple sclerosis.

B vitamins

Eggs are a great source of vitamin B12, needed for making red blood cells, maintaining the nervous system and for general growth. Too little vitamin B12 can lead to anaemia.

Eggs are also a good source of vitamin B2 (riboflavin), which helps the body absorb iron and is important for healthy skin, nails and hair.

Choline

Eggs are a brain food, as they are one of the richest sources of choline, needed for healthy brain development and function. The yolk from a medium sized egg contains around 300mg of choline. Most of the choline we need comes from our diet.

Choline is used by the body to form the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, involved in memory function. Low levels of choline can lead to a deficiency in folic acid, also important for a healthy brain. Choline plays an important role in the brain development of the unborn child and also helps prevent birth defects.

Carotenoids

Egg yolks contain lutein and zeaxanthin, carotenoids which may help lower the risk of macular degeneration, the most common cause of sight loss in the UK. Research also suggests that the lutein from eggs is more readily taken up by the body than from other types of food.

So yet again, we can see that FALSE INFORMATION has deprived Millions of a healthy cheap food that can be cooked and eaten in many different ways.

Oh and by the way, the so called Salmonella outbreaks over the years and merely because the microbe resides on the outer shell and not inside the egg. So if you are concerned about salmonella in eggs, just wash the shell before you crack it.

FDA APPROVED MEDICINES COULD BE BOGUS

This is amazing, especially as these very same people harass, shut down and convict Companies and Individuals who supply Natural means of healing. Dr Hulda Clark, Dr Royal Rife and many others were persecuted for using unconventional methods of healing. Now we read that certain FDA approved Drugs may not be scientifically proven after all and the suppliers still get away with it.

The Article:

Recent analysis made by the University of California indicates that many medications approved by FDA may in fact not have been scientifically proven to be effective.
When testing medications, researchers gather a big group of similar people. They’re then split into two groups.

One (testing group) is given the new medication that is believed to be effective. The other (comparison group) a pill (Placebos) that doesn’t contain the new medication.

If the testing group becomes healthier than the comparison group, the drug is approved. There doesn’t have to be a big difference, 5-10% is enough.
But that’s not the whole story.

This new analysis from the University of California however showed that most of the time, researchers don’t reveal what ingredients are in the comparison pill (Placebos) when applying for recognition from FDA.

This can drastically skew the results. What if they test drugs for diabetes, for example, and the comparison pill is made of sugar? Or cholesterol drug and the comparison pill include trans-fat?

Its’ scary to think that to prove the effectiveness of a new drug, researchers may knowingly include harmful ingredient in the comparison pill. And nobody asks about
it.

Its just another case of WHO PAYS THE PIPER.

TURMERIC MAY HELP STROKES AND TURNED INTO A DRUG

A new drug derived from a component of the spice turmeric could protect brain cells in the event of a cerebral haemorrhage (stroke) and even help them to recover after an attack.

Curcumin is a chemical found in turmeric, a golden-coloured spice used in curries and other dishes. It has previously been studied as a possible treatment for brain injury and disease, but until now it has suffered from a number of drawbacks. For instance the body absorbs it too slowly to be effective in the case of a stoke attack, and it does not reach the affected areas in sufficient quantities provide any benefit. Also the body's own defence mechanisms prevent it from getting to the brain where it is needed.

Now scientists at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles have derived a new compound from curcumin which laboratory experiments have shown can affect mechanisms that protect and help regenerate brain cells after stroke.

At present cerebral haemorrhage (stroke) is typically treated with a "clot busting" drug which when injected will dissolve any blood clots, allowing blood to flow back to the brain. It is this blockage by blood clots, causing deprivation to the brain, that results in damage after stroke. If the drug is administered quickly enough after the stroke, the harm may be reduced.

The new curcumin-hybrid compound—CNB-001—does not attack clots but instead repairs stroke damage at the molecular level that feed and support the all-important brain cells, neurons.

Lead scientist Paul A. Lapchak commented that "CNB-001 has many of the same benefits of curcumin but appears to be a better choice of compound for acute stroke because it crosses the blood-brain barrier, is quickly distributed in the brain, and moderates several critical mechanisms involved in neuronal survival."

When brain tissue is deprived of blood and oxygen, a cascading series of interrelated events triggers at the molecular level, breaking down the normal electrical and chemical "signaling pathways" responsible for nourishing and supporting neurons. The environment quickly becomes toxic, killing brain cells and destroying their support structures.

To treat this effect a range of different drugs will be needed. The new drug affects four of these pathways, repairing them and thus preventing long-term damage. In the experiments the drug reduced stroke-caused "motor deficits"—problems of muscle and movement control— and the outcome suggests this would be effective up to three hours after a stroke, which is the same time frame in which clot busting drugs can be used.

The study results were presented at the 2011 American Heart Association International Stroke Conference in Los Angeles.

ALL OF THAT RESEARCH AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS SPENT WHEN THE SPICE ALONE CAN CURE MANY THINGS.

HOWEVER THE DRUG PEDDLERS CANNOT PATENT A SPICE, SO THEY HAVE TO ISOLATE THE PART THEY WANT AND THEN ALTER IT SLIGHTLY, SO THEY CAN MAKE BILLIONS.

Dr Hulda Clark recommended Turmeric years ago and the Spice has been known to have MANY curative abilities over centuries.

Here is a list of the conditions Turmeric can be used for:

Digestive Disorders Turmeric is considered as a digestive bitter and a carminative. It can be added into foods including rice and bean dishes to improve digestion, reduce gas and bloating. It is a cholagogue, stimulating bile production in the liver and encouraging excretion of bile via the gallbladder. This improves the body's ability to digest fats. For chronic digestive weakness and/or congestion turmeric is recommended. It can be taken as a single extract or in the form of digestive bitters, which combine turmeric with other bitter and carminative herbs. Turmeric is beneficial for people who feel tired after consuming meals or who experience gas and bloating. Whatever way turmeric is consumed it is beneficial to both the digestive system and the liver.

Liver Diseases Turmeric is beneficial for its influence on the liver. In spring more consumption of herbs and foods can strengthen the liver. Turmeric shares similar liver protectant compounds that milk thistle and artichoke leaves contain. It is said to shrink engorged hepatic ducts, so it can be useful to treat liver conditions such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, and jaundice.

Cancer Recent scientific research confirm that turmeric can cure host of diseases, also they found that turmeric restrain the growth of various types of cancer. Turmeric is used for the treatment of skin cancer or pre cancerous skin conditions. Both topical and internal uses are beneficial.

Atherosclerosis Turmeric may helpful in preventing the blockage of arteries that can gradually cause a heart attack or stroke in one of two ways. Turmeric makes cholesterol levels low and inhibited the oxidation of LDL (bad cholesterol). Oxidized LDL deposits in the walls of blood vessels and contributes to the formation of atherosclerotic plaque. Turmeric may also prevent platelet build up along the walls of an injured blood vessel. Platelets collecting at the site of a damaged blood vessel cause blood clots to form and blockage of the artery as well.

Osteoarthritis Turmeric may help relieve the symptoms of osteoarthritis because of its ability to reduce pain and disability.

Menstrual problems of Woman For women who experience monthly menstrual cramps, try using turmeric extract or bitters twice daily for two weeks prior to expected menstruation. Turmeric is an antispasmodic to smooth muscles so it reduces digestive and menstrual cramping. It should reduce the severity of pain, if not ease them completely. Certainly, diet and standard of living have a reflective influence on the menstrual cycle, but turmeric is a great addition.

Bacterial Infection / Wounds Turmeric is useful as an external antibiotic in preventing bacterial infection in wounds.

Eye Disorder Curcumin may prove to be as effective as corticosteroids in the uveitis (inflammation of the uvea, the middle layer of the eye between the sclera - white outer coat of the eye and the retina.

These Natural products should be consumed as they were created and not synthesised in a lab.

Good Health to you

'SAFE' MEDICINES THAT KILL

FOUND THIS ARTICLE TODAY

Common painkillers such as ibuprofen and diclofenac as well as branded pain drugs from Pfizer Inc, Merck & Co Inc and Novartis AG can increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes, a review found on Wednesday.

Scientists from Bern University in Switzerland analysed data from 31 trials involving more than 116,000 patients taking either naproxen, ibuprofen, diclofenac, Pfizer's Celebrex, or celecoxib, Merck's Arcoxia, or etoricoxib, Merck's Vioxx, or rofecoxib, Novartis' Prexige, or lumiracoxib, or a placebo, to try to give an estimate of the heart risks of such medicines.

The drugs studied included traditional non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) as well as new generation anti-inflammatory medicines known as COX-2 inhibitors.

While the absolute risk of cardiovascular problems among people taking painkillers was low, the researchers found that relative to placebo the drugs did carry "important risks."

Reporting their findings in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) on Wednesday, the scientists said that compared with a placebo or dummy pill, rofecoxib and lumiracoxib were associated with twice the risk of heart attack, while ibuprofen was associated with more than three times the risk of stroke.

Merck's Arcoxia and the generic drug diclofenac were linked with around four times the risk of cardiovascular death.

"Although uncertainty remains, little evidence exists to suggest that any of the investigated drugs are safe in cardiovascular terms," said Peter Juni of Bern University's Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine, who led the study.

WIDELY USED

Overall, the number of heart attacks and strokes reported was low compared with the large number of patients. Data from 29 of the trials showed there were 554 heart attacks in total, and stroke data from 26 trials showed there were 377 strokes. Death figures were available from 28 trials and showed a total of 676.

But Juni said the findings suggested doctors should ensure they take potential cardiovascular risk into account when prescribing painkillers. Anti-inflammatory drugs are widely used to manage pain in patients with osteoarthritis and other painful conditions. In 2004, Vioxx, a COX-2 inhibitor, was withdrawn from the market after a trial showed it increased the risk of heart disease.

The researchers said that since then, there has been much debate about the heart safety of COX-2 inhibitors and NSAIDs, but various studies have failed to give clear results. After analysing data from the 31 trials, the Swiss team said that in general naproxen seemed to be the safest painkiller for patients with osteoarthritis, but this advantage should be weighed against potential side effects including possible stomach problems.

An alternative could be Celebrex, they said, as long it was a 400 milligram dose given only once a day. Commenting on the findings, Simon Maxwell, a professor of clinical pharmacology at the University of Edinburgh, said it was important to see them in context.

"Most users of these drugs will only take them for a relatively brief duration to treat short-lasting episodes of pain and are at minimal risk," he said in an e-mailed comment.

He added that patients with chronic pain may need to use painkillers for longer periods and while the study suggested they might be exposed to some excess risk, the alternatives "may be less acceptable."

And yet Natural products that help our bodies are put under great scrutiny by the powers that think they know best.

More and more Herbs and other Natural products are being banned by supporters of the Drug makers and their sales personnel with huge expense accounts.

MOULD SUSPECTED KILLER OF BRITTANY MURPHY

Yet more evidence seems to be appearing all the time about how chemicals, parasites and mould are serious problems for our health.

CANDIDA is part of a fungus system within our Gut that helps digest foods. However with modern living, the candida can overgrow, causing many illnesses with the body. One of the problems is caused by airborn moulds and other types of fungus.

This this article that surfaced today is of great interest, as it confirms yet again Dr Hulda Clark and other health extremists what they have been saying for many years. Modern chemicals and so called AIR FRESHENERS hide the smells of more sinister problems such as moulds and other serious infestations.

Was Brittany Murphy and husband killed by mould?

Health authorities are investigating whether Brittany Murphy and her screenwriter husband Simon Monjack were killed because of mould in their LA home.

The 'Clueless' star collapsed and died in her shower last Christmas, with a ruling of death from pneumonia complicated by use of prescription drugs. Five months later her husband went into cardiac arrest and died at their home.

Mould was discussed during an investigation into Murphy's death, but it was soon dismissed as just a contributory factor, reports TMZ. But following last week's revelation that Monjack also died from pneumonia, Murphy's mother Sharon has allowed health investigators to examine the lavish property, which was previously owned by Britney Spears.

Mould poisoning attacks the respiratory system and affects millions of people every year. Mould can hide in a house for years without anyone realising it.
Sharon is believed to be flying back from England to help those investigating her daughter's death.

EXPERT CONFIRMS WHAT DR HULDA CLARK HAS SAID FOR YEARS

A health expert has issued a new warning over the link between cleaning sprays and asthma.

Dr Hulda Clark linked modern cleaning products to many diseases that are on the increase in our modern world. Most of these products are carcogenic and can cause many other illnesses as well. We now use Organic White Vinegar in a spray bottle with water and some essential oils to make it smell nice. We use about 4% vinegar in a 500ml bottle. It is a great cleaner, but do not use on marble or very shiny surfaces.

Anyhow this is the article about cleaners.

Cleaning agents linked to asthma such as Chlorine, bleach, disinfectants and other cleaning agents are fuelling a rise in asthma at home and at work, Jan-Paul Zock said.

He pointed to growing evidence that cleaning products can spark asthma and make existing symptoms worse.

Professional cleaners and health workers who use products in hospitals are particularly vulnerable, he added.

Addressing a European allergy conference in London, Dr Zock said studies had already found higher rates of asthma among caretakers, cleaners, housekeepers and nurses.

Breathing in bleach, ammonia, decalcifiers, acids, solvents and stain removers more than once a week was linked to a 20% rise in asthma or wheezing, Dr Zock said.

People who use cleaning products frequently are most at risk, as are those who use them for long periods. How strong a product is, together with how well a room is ventilated, also affects the risk.

Dr Zock said more studies were needed on people's exposure at home, which can be difficult to track.

However, he said, many people at home could be at risk.

"The number of people at risk is very large," said Dr Zock, from the Centre for Research in Environmental Epidemiology in Barcelona. "Our research shows that cleaning-related asthma is an important public health issue and it is potentially preventable."

Most soaps and personal hygiene products are also very dangerous and can cause diseases, especially under arm spray deodorant. Big business does not care what happens to peoples health, as long as they make PROFITS.

DIRTY TEETH...INCREASES HEART RISK

FAILING TO CLEAN TEETH REGULARLY LINKED TO HEART DISEASE

FAILING to clean your teeth ¬properly can raise the risk of heart disease by as much as 70 per cent, a study has found.

It is well established that having gum disease makes you more prone to heart disease, but this is the first time a link has been made with brushing habits.
A study found that those who never or rarely brush their teeth are 70 per cent more likely to suffer heart disease than those who brush twice a day.

Previously, researchers have found that poor dental hygiene and bleeding gums can allow up to 700 types of bacteria to get into the bloodstream, increasing the risk of a heart attack regardless of how healthy the person is.

Bacteria entering the bloodstream may activate the immune system, making artery walls inflamed and narrowed, or attach directly to fatty deposits already present in the arteries, causing further narrowing.

And this proved true even when researchers took into account other lifestyle factors -usually linked to heart problems such as bad diet, smoking and lack of exercise.

The study of more than 11,000 patients is not the first to link the health of the mouth to the health of the heart. Previous research has shown that people with gum disease are more likely to suffer from heart problems.

One theory is that gum disease triggers a huge immune response. As white cells circulate through the body on their way to fight mouth infections, they become stuck in the blood vessels, causing furring of the arteries which leads to heart problems.
But experts are not sure why gum disease triggers a bigger immune response than when other parts of the body are injured or inflamed.

Professor Richard Watt, from University College London, said: “Our results confirmed and further strengthened the suggested association between oral hygiene and the risk of cardiovascular disease.

“Furthermore, inflammatory markers were significantly associated with a very simple measure of poor oral health behaviour. Future experimental studies will be needed to confirm whether the observed association between oral health behaviour and cardiovascular disease is in fact causal or merely a risk marker.”

The study looked at people’s teeth brushing habits and how many trips they made to the-dentist, as well as lifestyle factors, such as whether they smoked or took exercise.

Separate details were collected on patients’ medical histories, blood pressure and family history of heart disease. Blood samples were also taken to measure markers of inflammation in the blood. Of those involved, just over six out of 10 visited their dentist every six months while 71 per cent said they brushed their teeth twice a day.
During the following eight years there were 555 examples of serious heart problems including heart attacks. Of these, 170 were fatal.

The experts discovered that those who never or only rarely brushed their teeth were 70 per cent more likely to suffer heart disease than those who brushed twice a day.
Judy O’Sullivan, a senior cardiac nurse at the British Heart Foundation, said: “If you don’t brush your teeth, your mouth can become infected with bacteria which can cause inflammation.

“It is already known that there is a link between inflammation and a higher risk of developing heart disease. However, it is complicated by the fact that poor oral hygiene is often associated with other well-known risk factors for heart disease, such as smoking and poor diet.

“Good personal hygiene is a basic element of a healthy lifestyle. But if you want to help your heart, you should eat a balanced diet, avoid smoking and take part in regular physical activity.”

More than 2.5 million people suffer from heart disease and it is responsible for up to 200,000 deaths a year in Britain.

OUR COMMENT

Dr Clark has been warning people of this fact for many years. She recommends taking a number of Herbs and other Natural products to kill off the bacteria that can accumulate in the arterial walls. One of the remedies she recommended was Colloidal Silver which Kills up to 650 types of Bacteria, parasites and fungi and it is easy to make, look at our Colloidal Silver Maker which produces good quality 4-5 PPM quality solution and is relatively inexpensive and very reliable.
We sell our Colloidal Silver Maker on www.drhuldaclark-zappers.co.uk
